Type 2036 - Robolux multi-way diaphragm valve, pneumatically operated
Type Description
This multiway diaphragm valve was designed to control ultra-pure, sterile or aseptic media, as well as steam and CIP media. The Robolux system enables an extremely compact, space-saving design and is based on patented Robolux 2-weir technology, in which a single diaphragm covers two valve weirs in one valve. The customised design allows valve combinations with minimal dead spaces to be implemented in the smallest possible space. The valve body is machined from a solid block of stainless steel. The valve actuator incorporates two independently operating valve actuators in a stainless steel actuator housing and is operated with compressed air. With its special position feedback indicators and control heads, the Robolux system can be perfectly integrated into Bürkert’s decentralised automation concept.
