Type BBS-05 - Hygienic clamp connection with welded connection
Type Description
Hygienic clamp connections are gap-free connections that have been specially developed for sterile applications. The O-rings installed in them are retained in place and compressed to a defined extent against a metallic stop. Aseptic connections in accordance with DIN 11864-3 are a common connection type for critical applications that require very good cleanability in the pipeline. The patented BBS sterile contour has been further improved in this regard. This connection is virtually gap-free.
